How the LaboRent rental works?

The LaboRent subscription is very simple. Select one of the products in our product portfolio that you would like to use. Then decide which model you need and for how long you would like to use it. Once you have configured your individual subscription, you can simply finilise the subscription. You will receive the device and can start using it.

Why rent instead of buying?

Rental offers a number of advantages over the classic purchase. You can use the device exactly when you actually need it, e.g. during order peaks or unplanned research projects. This saves you the high investment costs of laboratory equipment and our all-round carefree package leaves you free to concentrate on your actual work in the laboratory.

What is the difference between classic leasing and renting?

The difference between renting our testing units and a classic lease lies in the services already included. With a subscription, you have an all-round carefree package. This means you can use the device to its full extent and have your head free. We take care of the service.

Question 6

Can I buy the device after the rental period has expired?

Accepted Answer

Of course, you can also purchase the environmental testing unit at any point during the rental period agreement. Please note that the services will be cancelled after the purchase.  A special purchase price will be calculated proportionally.

Which testing units can I rent from you?

You will find environmental testing units such as climate chambers, stability units, ovens, shock cabinets etc.…in our product categories. Please do not hesitate to contact us is you have any specific enquiries.

Are the cabinets new or used?

Accepted Answer

We offer both new and used units on a subscription basis. We, as manufacturer, insures that a maintenance, calibration and refrigerant test leak has been carried out within 6 months of the rental period starting. 
Our used equipment can match new appliances in terms of quality and functionality. By reusing second hand testing units, we aim to establish a sustainable recycling economy.

I can’t find the right chamber for my application

When and How will my environmental testing unit be delivered?

After you have requested a rental agreement from LaboRent, you will receive a response from our Team within 24 hours.

Question 11

How can I cancel my rental agreement?

Accepted Answer

If you no longer need your device, you can find the cancellation conditions in the GTCs or the rental contracts sent to you.

Question 12

How is the device returned?

Accepted Answer

If you no longer require the appliance, you can simply contact us. We will then coordinate the return transport of the testing unit to our production site.
